Independent Investigation Group – San Francisco Bay Area
The Independent Investigation Group was founded by Jim Underdown in Los Angeles about 10 years ago. We have formed an affiliate in the Bay area<a href="http://iigsfba.org"></a>. The group administers a $100,000 challenge similar to Randi's million dollar challenge and backed by the Committee for Skeptical Inquiry. East Bay Skeptics Dinner

The East Bay Skeptics meet for dinner and discussion on the fourth Sunday of every month. Sometimes there is a topic and someone makes a short presentation about it before an open discussion, and sometimes there is just open discussion of whatever is on people's mind.
